Love seeing the duo back!
Superb clean and concise video that many levels of tennis players can learn from.
Thanks guys!

music is too much! nicely described and beautifully demonstrated when watching this video muted with cc on. i really like the disguise section where you do the grip change one handed with the racket back. definitely going to start doing that.
Very comprehensive and well-explained tutorial! You guys never miss any details, and I always learn something regardless of how much I think I already know. Thank you!
Many thanks for the support
Impressed with your recent quality content. The structure, visualization and detail of information is top notch. Well done guys!
Actually, I liked the music. Makes the content more dynamic 😊
Nicely analysed and explained, thank you Alex and Simon 🙂
Youre Channel is improving faster thn my game 😅. Amazing job guys 🎉
Great tips. After watching your video I realize that I have not been allowing the ball to get high enough. I will also take your advice and try hitting it so the apex is on my side of the net. Those are some cool shoes that Alex is wearing.
Great lesson, easy to follow your instruction.
As always, precise and clear instructions that I will use in my next match. Thanks again and much appreciated 🎾🏆🥇
Love this! Thanks!
Fantastic. Very detailed and easy to follow.
Great lesson. One thing you didn't mention but you always do it when playing drop shots, is moving forward with the legs and body during the contact. Often the recreational players, when they try to do a drop shot, they think it's enough to do it with the arm. But just like with any other shot in tennis, there needs to be a forward motion of the whole body, only it's a bit more gentle than with normal groundstrokes or volleys. I have also messed up a lot of drop shots because of frozen legs and only using the arm movement. Actually Alex said in the end that you need to get to the ball properly, but I missed the instruction about forward movement during the contact, which you obviously do, but it definitely needs to be remembered when players learn to play drop shot.
Thanks for the great tips and enjoy in Crete ;)
Very good explanation, thank you
Glad it was helpful!
Should you move to the net after the hitting the drop shot?
Thanks for the vid
It depends, if you get too close to the net you may get lobbed so it’s good to move inside the court to anticipate a drop off a drop and to close the angles but be far enough that you can reach a smash
@@TopTennisTrainingOfficial amazing, thank you!
Perfektly analysing the Dropshot challange, thank you. Another theme: how do you strike a defensiv forehand slice when your opponent attacks you with a wide and mighty stroke?

Thank you so much for your analysis of tennis and your wonderful videos. I would like to watch video in very slow motion: could you give me an advice to get the proper software for PC and software (the ones you use, maybe ?) Thanks
i have family member who is going d1 and i was thinking of buying them a tennis Ball machine. would you say something like the slingerbag would be beneficial for an advanced player?
Are you in Crete Greece?
For the forehand dropshot off the western grip, why not keep the same grip and hit with the opposite face of the racquet? Gives you tons of backspin 😁
I used to try that but it is much easier with the continental among others with the western opposite the ball you cannot take the ball in front,it will enter and that complicates the whole thing, unless it a very low ball
What do I struggle with? My 1hb is coming along great, but my forehand is suffering, it's like I can't open up early enough to catch the ball in front of me. Am I too tight?
What strings and tension do you like with your Pure Aero 98? :)
I like poly strings purely for their durability and the last year or so I’ve been stringing them around 38-42lbs
@@TopTennisTrainingOfficialwow! So low
