PORK BELLY with COCONUT WATER.
INGREDIENTS :
500 grams Pork belly
1 medium Onion
5 cloves Garlic
2 large Tomatoes
1 tbsp Fish sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 litre Coconut water
1 Knorr pork cube
10 stalk Sitaw
2 bunch Pechay
Cooking oil.
