After watching the video I decided to buy the Coconut scraper for our home use. The machine sent to us had suffered a minor damage probably caused by the Shipper, however when I informed the seller, he promptly sent me a new machine, even before receiving the damaged machine back. I am genuinely impressed! Even the communication was prompt. The machine itself works fine. It takes a couple of attempts to get used to it. However my wife scraped the entire coconut clean without leaving any residue and better than the guy in the above video :) So, a great buy and am satisfied. Hope my satisfaction lasts for a long time. The price is also quite reasonable.
