Vow its quite a coincidence that we made 2 containers of bird's eye chilli few days back. I love making chilli pickles and also love to have it. I was not aware of using bamboo shoots juice and siachun pepper corn while preparing pickles. Thank you for the info, I'm definitely going to use those ingredients the next time I make pickle. As always I did had a great time going through the video.
Bamboo shoot goes really well with Bird's eye chilli. I don't Know if you'll like the Sichuan pepper corn but you can go for Black pepper.
