  • Modified golf cart with off road suspension.
    6 inch golf cart lift.
    Jakes long travel front end.
HarrysCNC 4 link weld on Rear suspensions kit. Available soon at www.harryscnc....
A look underneath of the golf cart with four link triangulated rear suspension. This is a 1996 club car ds. It has Jake's long travel front end and I just recently upgraded the rear end to a four length triangulated suspension. Has over a foot of travel.
Here is a better source for Heim's joints. Don't see how you could get them any cheaper.
The tube to use with these is 1.25 inches outside diameter by one inch inside diameter.

Nicely done. Hard to get a lot of travel like a traditional side by side with a 4 link just based on the frame arrangement on these things, but that’s a pretty well done set up and has plenty of travel for most applications.

Sweet man....looks like it would be easy to drop the whole system out from underneath the cart if need be, I guess in my case with a gas motor I would have to fab a pinned swivel knuckle where my engine snubber is to make the whole engine cradle like a swing arm.... very nice man, thanks for sharing 😁where did you source the Heim joints

Yeah I was trying to figure a way to package a kit for sale. But I think it's totally custom cart by cart.

I would be willing to be your guinea pig. I have been looking all over for a kit like this. If you had to guess how much did it cost to put this all together. If you don’t mind me asking.
