My hair is also very fine. I put a very loose high ponytail in, then I curl everything in my ponytail and let it sit for about a half hour or so(do my makeup)and then let it out. Super quick and works for me every time. Thanks for sharing your hair routine with us. Your hair looks stunning.🥰❤️

I have that revlon tool that I bought about a year ago! Absolutely life changing.
She made a lot of people buy this tool when Leighanns arm was in a sling. I've been using it since and have never been happier with my hair. It's so worth it (better than any dyson tool out there)

Would you consider making a video on having your hair bleached/Highlighted /toned. And have the stylist tell us the formula times etc. your hair looks like a #6 & the color is very pretty and natural
Don't feel bad for any routine that you think some might find "over the top". At the end of the day, if this routine brings you joy then do it as often as you want. No one else's morning will be disrupted if you decided to do big hair and makeup every other day. Your true fans love it ❤
I’ve been doing the granny bun since you talked about it a few weeks ago and I can’t thank you enough. I’m amazed by my volume. I sleep with it up with a couple of clips and it works wonders!

The granny bun is EVERYTHING!!! Best protective style ever and it styles and volumizes too. Best trick of all time! I blow my hair out smooth, lightly oil my ends then clip it up in a granny bun to sleep, take it down in the morning and I look like I've had a pro bouncy blow out. Amazing!
I've been doing CGM for a few months now and learning to love my curls and it's so funny to me how curly haired people want straight hair and straight haired people want curls. You always want what you can't have!

I watched someone do it and Ive always had wavy hair and thought I could make it nicer using the CGM.... I was crazy amazed at how much wavier my hair is.... I’ve never been one to want either straight or wavy/curly but now that I know I have more waves I’m in hard core LOVE. I’m trying to learn to how have less frizz and maintain it for multiple days ... that’s the hard part for me. Must keep looking for videos on how to do that. Hehe

Right before you curled the first section of hair but had most of it up gave me hard core 90’s Jennifer Anniston vibes along with the sweater top 💕
Sometime when you are at home, like we all are now. Put in a large magnetic curler with two bobbie pins to secure it. Put one in the front bang section and one in the top back section. After you have done your smoothing routine. You will be amazed at the lift you will get and NO damage. Probably dampen hair sections just the tiniest bit Leave in for about an hour. You will be amazed. You can probably find magnetic rollers on amazon. and large bobbie pins. Make sure they are the smooth magnetic rollers.
Are magnetic rollers something new? I've been around a long time, never heard of them. What size please? Do you set the rollers going back? Thank you in advance for the info!

I do the “bun” with the clip always! It’s how I preserve my straight hair without using hot tools each day

I have had short to shoulder length hair for many years. Why did I watch this? Because I love Leigh Ann's videos and need a friend I can hang out with at this weird time in the world!!!
Your hair is so beautiful like this and it looks so lovely when you've done all these steps. When you kept flipping your hair back and forth that song came into my hair. I flip my hair back and forth I flip my hair back and forth. Lol sorry. I have that revlon dryer too it's great. And I do the back poofy thing too to create extra volume and I love the 70s hair look. I always wish I was around and in the early 70s and not born in 79 as the 70s fashion and hair etc is my whole ethic I love it.

Only 6 minutes in right now... but I’m definitely gonna have to invest in that revlon dryer!! My ends are never that smooth... unless/except when I use my flat iron... and then they are still crispy and tangly 😩
I’m just gonna keep adding to this comment 🤷🏼♀️.. the bump/volume in the back is EVERYTHING!! I totally need this dryer!! Since (before) I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism my hair has thinned out so crazy much... it makes me super sad... then I started getting some back... and now I’m losing some again... not sure if it’s from my thyroid or weight loss/keto ... but this dryer seems like it will be a God (or Leighannsays) send! 🥰🥰

I'm going to guess it's a satin or silk pillowcase maybe? that always helps keep it smooth, doesn't tangle your hair, and bonus, it's great for keeping your skin from wrinkling... but i'm just guessing haha I hope she tells us either way. Extra beauty/hair tips are always welcome.
"Troll doll-volume." 😂 That's what I need for my fine, limp hair! I also love the Amika Un.Done Texture Spray. It works so well for volumizing!
Tangle teasers pop open, so you can store hair ties and hair clips when you travel. Pop it open and you’ll be able to get out whatever is rattling. 😊

Regarding tangley hair, the best tip I have is brush your hair before you shower and when washing do not scrunch it all up in a ball, wash the hair closest your head then massage the bubbles down to the tips, i tend to then put mine in a clip while I wash the rest of me, then rinse once done with a last rinse of coldish water to close the pores. I also use a shampoo brush to massage my scalp while washing my hair. I dont do anything fancy with my hair its waist length so I am able to dry it with a hair dryer and then brush it out. One other tip for long hair, od NOT brush from the head down to the ends, start at the ends and work your way up to your scalp, that way you are not pulling a knot all the way down the hair.
I am less than 8 minutes into to this and already LIVING!!! You rock my socks👏 I have rocked a short stacked cut for yearssss so I get the bump life. But I'm growing it out for the first time in over 5 years... We shall see if I don't get scissor happy.

I don't see why the second tool is necessary. Why blow it out if you are just going to curl it? Wouldn't it look the same if you curled it right after blow drying?

after the hot brush roll them back to the curl then use the little claw clips, bit of a spray. give it 15mins to an hour , use a tiny bit of spray. then invert your hair and shake it out :) xx

Your hair is sooo pretty!! Going to try some of these tips. Bought a Tangle Teezer brush about a year ago and really love it! I have that Revlon dryer, but it was so hot even on the low setting that I could barely touch it. Has anyone else had that issue? I might have to give it another try. Great video!

It was so great to see your sweet smiling face today! I just got the Hot Tools version of the Revlon brush dryer tool you use. I ordered it because I've read it doesn't get quite as hot on high as the Revlon tool does but otherwise it's exactly the same as the Revlon. I found a case for the tool on Amazon too for travel. That would be handy to have if I love the tool and always use it. Anyway, I have long, flat, straight, fine hair like yours except I have full on bangs. I'm anxious to try this routine and see if I can get anywhere close to what you're doing. 😁 I can't imagine my hair looking as gorgeous as yours does but I'm going to try it. Oh wait... I would really recommend IGK’s 30,000 Feet powder for your roots. I tend to put it into my roots and rub it in before I put in hot rollers or pump it in near my sideburn area!

Does your hair naturally hold a curl well or is this curling iron magic? I get a maximum of 45 minutes and my hair is straight again. Your waves are perfection 😍
Edit: I've been doing the high bun for ages... ironically it was due to me losing the curls so quickly that I would keep them in a soft high bun until right before I walk out the door to preserve them as long as possible. The volume is great, the curls are still gone within an hour hahaha
