15 ochro cut into small pieces
2 tomatoes
2 pimento
1 scotch bonnet pepper (optional)
1 large onion finely diced
2 teaspoon minced garlic
2 teaspoon green seasoning
3 50 grams packs of coconut milk
1 carrot diced
2 teaspoon salt butter/ cooking margarine
1 chive / scallion finely chopped
1 celery finely chopped
2 teaspoon Maggie all purpose
2 teaspoon Sazon Tropical
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
2 & 1/2 pot spoon vegetable oil
