There's my answer! The white wire going to the existing horn is negative and the blue positive. I mean....black and red would be TOO easy!

All kidding aside, You would need to identify the alarm triggering lead(s) from the Ring, connect a relay and solenoid circuit, add a 12 volt / 20 amp power supply to power the horn compressor. You would need to identify a suitable mounting location for the horn and compressor that is protected from direct rain and flooding. You will need to route wires of appropriate size (#12 ga. with a 20 Amp fuse from power supply to compressor) for the current from the Ring to the relay and horn. Wiring should be inconspicuous and protected from any disturbance.
If you don't understand this reply they it is unlikely that you have the skill and experience to add this horn to a Ring camera yourself.
