did those work out well? been looking at them online but the bolts holding two pieces together kinda freaks me out

As long as their properly installed they hold up perfectly, if you allow the like nuts or studs from the vehicle to touch the second piece of the adapter it will cause a failure. Also the adapter black bolts should be torqued down to 65 pounds.
