Great video and very informative. English requirements is 7 in each band, if someone has overall score of 7.5 but has a 6 in one band is the result valid?
Hi Tariro! I have nearly 2 years of experience working in the education development coordinator in community setting. After that I completed Masters in International Development from Australia. I have onshore experience of working in an NGO based in community service in different roles part-time and full-time in Australia for nearly 2 years . In my country, Sri Lanka, there are few youth-related occupations. The majority of youth-related problems are addressed in schools by teachers. I am a teacher in my profession, and I also hold a bachelor of arts in social sciences degree. I am working with young people, adding to their educational, social, and economic wellbeing, which covers the duties mentioned in Youth Worker (ANZSCO 411716) on the ACWA website. I want to apply as a youth worker, but I wonder whether I can, as the job title that was mentioned and the work that I am doing are different. Can you please give me an idea? It will be a great help.
It’s not about your job title but your roles and responsibilities. They mentioned it on the website that not all job titles are mentioned here. For me my job titles were Impact and Programmea Coordinator and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, not even mentioned on the website but the roles were aligned to community work and I got a positive assessment
