2003 was a good year for me. I was 14 that year and had my first actual gf. She had this CD and played it all the time. Reminds me of sneaking out late at night, riding my bike to her house on these backroads and staying until 5-6 in the morning walking/riding my bike back home to the early sunrise with this song stuck in my head. 20 years this summer have passed. 20 YEARS! I'm just happy it happened.

Our Grand sons were three and five when we took them on a three-week trip to our son's wedding in Oregon with our fifth wheel camper. On the way there when in the campgrounds I would play this song and they would sit on the steps of the camper and be my backup singers. When I first purchased the Be as You Are tape I was hooked on your song writing. I'm a big fan of songwriters. I have been noodling with songs on my guitar since I was about twelve. Even to this day my desk in our house is surrounded by guitars. Keep up the great work! We live just a few miles from Alpine Valley, maybe we'll catch your show there someday.
