With my boy starting 9u, I've been thinking about picking him up an R9 ContoUR. I wish i had known about the Gamer ContoUR before. I know I'd love to fit my team with a mixture of them. There are so many flimsy models for youth out there, instead of quality!
@@BoostIncMotorsports Yes! Keep your eyes peeled for the new ones. With your son being 9 years old, an R9 ContoUR would be a pretty solid choice as well. Although the Gamer ContoUR 10.5" glove can be used for much longer than players and parents think (into the 10 and maybe even 11 year old seasons), I do think that the longer length of the R9 ContoUR's would provide a tad more potential for multiple seasons of use (when compared to the Gamer ContoUR).
The DP15 Wilson Gloves are good for youth players as well, with tighter wrist and come in an 11.5. They make a Wilson a1000 dp15 for about $160. Those Gloves are great though,a huge step up from what is offered now.
