All he had to do was not run into 4 of the enemy team alone. He was clearly tilted because he wasted ghost, and then he just panic ran into them. He couldve waited 10 seconds (not until the 40 minute mark? but 10 seconds) for his team to come to him.

I'm the appropriate weight for my height, even a little underweight. Muscle naturally shows like that if you have little to no fat, how big or developed the muscle appears is up in the air. Some people have pronounced muscles, and some people don't. He may or may not have been working out, either way it's a cringe picture.
