Can anyone tell me why the false nail isn't glued all the way down to the cuticle level? I've seen other artists do it too. They'll add the glue but don't push it down all the way. I'm obviously new! Thanks for any info.

I dont know for sure but I think it makes it easier to take them off. She uses some kind of oil to pop the nails off so she can keep them.

Earlier today, I came across a couple of videos where the people had theirs down to the cuticles so yeah, it must have something to do with convenience &/or ease of removal. It looks like a lot of work but so very often the end results make it all seem worthwhile. Thanks again!
