It's interesting that you call the siding plastic rather than vinyl. Back in the day used to be aluminum siding.
Vinyl siding is on nearly every house in America where it seems very rare in England.

Good afternoon. Most caravans have aluminium panels on the outside but with lodges they tend to be either uPVC or a composite fibre board, such as 'Canexel'.
