I actually like this machine, I don’t have a problem with the water tank getting dirty (must be the local water) and I like to thoroughly clean the milk tank when it is finished. However I’m onto my 3rd one now. The first one made the best coffee, but the milk pump broke down. The 2nd one I took back to the shop after a week because the milk did not stop! The 3rd one makes the milk differently nearly every cup, so I make a single cup and add a 2nd shot of coffee. However the milk pump is playing up again after only a year and a half (12 warranty). I would actually like to see a video of how to repair it, as it still makes good coffee otherwise. However, it was interesting to learn of another person’s experience, thanks.

All you do is use vinegar in the tank and run through with water in milk container

Did you have a problem with the milk always having to be at Max before it actually would froth?

Hi mate, what grind setting worked best for you. I used espresso setting on my conical burr grinder but it wouldn't extract much coffee at all. To find to push through. I had to set it to medium course for a plunger on my grinder to get any Crema and a decent tasting shot. My $119 Anko from Kmart brews a better tasting coffee than this thing. I'm using 8 week old Columbian beans from Aldi which are fantastic in the cheaper machine. Just hard to dial this thing in.

May have some useful info for anyone buying secondhand* but I'll never know for sure - the video is so jerky that I sensed a vertigo attack coming on and shut it down after about a minute.
Maybe get someone else to do the camera work while you wave and point?
