- This is a great LIVE show, "Chuck E. March ‘93" from the old Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza in Commack, New York from 1995! Thanks to classic_chuck on Instagram who was the person who sent me the link to this video. If you wanna watch the original and honestly you don't really need to unless you wanna see birthday star. All it is is a family video of them only showing the kids faces and barely showing the show. But at least we got most of Chuck E. March. And that is how this video was made ladies and gentlemen. This was taken at the Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza in Commack, New York in November 1995. Commack opened in January 1995 with a 1-Stage and was a very nice and popular store in the 90's/early 2000's. The store remodeled in 2004 and unfortunately removed the 1-Stage in favor of a Studio C Cappa. The store kind of declined over the years and started having more fights and incidents (this is the store where that fight happened with the woman holding a baby in one arm and punching in the other) which ultimately lead up to their closure in June 2015. It's sad how things change in such a small time span but at least they had a nice 1-Stage 😭

What a rare find, this is exactly how I remembered seeing CEC live on stage as a kid, complete with a part of a stage that rotates, and wheels spinning by the memorabilia collection (that's how I knew the show was going to start). Back when these shows had effort.
Cool! I was introduced the CEC with a stage that came out earlier than this: The 2-Stage at my local store in Union, New Jersey. Btw, what store did you visit as a kid?

How do you know? There aren't many 1-Stage videos on YT from 1994 so we don't know if many stores got it or not.

This was my local Chuck-E-Cheese and it had to close down in 2015 because of a fight that happened during a birthday party there and also poop in the ball pit I wish stayed open and then it became a bar and then it just closed and every time I would go to the the bar that used to be a Chuck-E-Cheese I would scream return Chuck-E-Cheese! because I felt it was more awesome when there was a Chuck-E-Cheese and it's sad to see it gone
I worked at this store from 1995 to 1996 and my friends and bosses opened the location. It was opened in January 1995. I confirmed this with the managers and original cast members. The November 1995 stamp may be incorrect, but it is definitely from after August 1995 as the song was not used before he transferred away from this store at that time. Two of the cast members seen that we can identify worked from January 1995 through summer of 1996 when we went off to college.

Alright, this is a rare find. The Chuck E. March, a Scott Wilson 1993 live show, being performed in 1995 with an Cool Chuck head with a derby, on the now closed Commack location? Incredible!
That's not a cool chuck head. That head was released in late 1992 and most stores got it in 1993.

@@Big_Chuck_Official This version of the head is a slightly altered version of the ‘92 one. This one was released in either the summer or the fall of ‘94.
This is an exciting find. The Commack, New York location was near where I lived and I have many memories there. Countless kids I went to school with had their birthday parties there.

The store started to go downhill ever since the 2013 fight. In my opinion it's good they closed but it's still sad. :/
I can see, Even though Parma OH had a brawl, it's still open.
The store didn't close due to the brawl, it was just one of the factors that led to the closure. I assume the store(Parma) brings in some business due to the fact they are getting the new CEC 2.0 remodel soon so I'm pretty sure the store is doing well.

Well I asked my mom if she went here with my sister in the 90s she said she was there in 1999 and she remembered seeing the stage and the chunky live show but I wasn’t around for the one stage I w as around for the studio c

The microphone stand. It obviously doesn't exist today but when the 1-Stage was introduced in the early 90's, Helen had a microphone stand. Now she just has a normal handheld mic.

People are saying this location opened in 94. But I remember when I was really little in 1988 going there....
There were 2 CEC's in Commack. The first one was a Pizza Time Theatre meaning it was the old CEC design before they redid the whole place in the 90's. Then, that one closed down I'm not sure but it was after 1988... since you said you went there in '88 lol. They opened this one in the video in 1994 with the brand new CEC look at the time! In the 90's CEC "reopened" a lot of stores that closed down from either the bankruptcy or just any reason a store closed. Like one of my stores in Wayne, NJ. My friend(who unfortunately passed last summer) Richard went to the Wayne store in 1984 but the current one opened in 1992. They had the same case as Commack.

The original one was across from Jefferys on Jericho. I work at the original one and later at this one both as a manager.

Behind the turntable next to Helen. (The reason why they did that because they wanted to give the illusion that the chuck e bot came off the stage. At the time they wanted to make CEC magical)

Unfortunately, they were likely trashed. Either that or they were sold (which is unlikely) or distributed to nearby restaurants that needed animatronic parts. There were a lot of New York stores getting Studio C at that time and unfortunately now there are only 4 full band stores in NY :/

Not certain but the owner of the video said it was and it does look like it. What about it looks different? The layout looks the same, from the few pics I've seen of the show it looks pretty much the same.
