    Arabian style pudding with layers of bread, custard & pistachios. All the layers blend beautifully after refrigerating and taste heavenly.
    INGREDIENTS
    Bread slices - 14
    Milk - 1 lit
    Sweetened condensed milk - 1 cup
    Cornflour - 6 tablespoons
    Pistachio powder - 100 grams
    Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon
    DIRECTIONS
    Cut the sides off the bread and keep aside.
    Take 6 tablespoons of cornflour and mix with little milk.
    Boil the remaining milk with condensed milk & cardamom powder. Add the cornflour mixture and let it boil till the milk becomes little thick.
    Turn off the heat. Take 100 grams of pistachio powder and mix it with little hot custard we made.
    ASSEMBLY
    Pour a little milk mix in a square dish.
    Place the bread slices on top of the milk.
    Pour some milk mix over the bread.
    Place the bread, then pour some more milk mix over it and then decorate with pistachio powder.
    Refrigerate for a minimum of 3-4 hours or preferably overnight.
    Note: Use fresh milk bread, since it can better soak the milk.
