Here is the entire story: I want to start by saying I don’t know what really happened here and I’m still trying to wrap my head around it. I’m hoping someone can help me with that. Three nights ago, my fiancé (m29) and I (f23) were planning on just staying in for the night, which is not common for us. Around 8 pm we ended up getting a text from our friends saying they wanted to have a few drinks. I was already showered and in my skincare so I took a pass, but my fiancé met up with them. This was really no big fret to me as we can exist one without the other. However around 11 pm he still wasn’t home even though he said he was going to be back after just a few drinks. I texted and asked if he was all good, he answered and said yes, I said okay love you and going to bed now. He said love you too see you soon. Around I would say maybe 1 in the morning, my bf and my friends show up to our door. This was honestly not that surprising to me because we host a lot for games and parties. Sometimes we end up at our apartment whether we want to or not. I got up, put my robe on, let them in and said hi. It was my fiancé, his best friend, and another couple we know. I went back to bed shortly after. I couldn’t sleep because they were being quite loud but I heard the couple leave about an hour later, presumably when they were sober enough to get an Uber. Soon after that my fiancé was in our bedroom, asking me to come hang out with him and his friend. I said I didn’t want to, and my fiancé was so drunk at this point. I don’t think he had stopped drinking since getting home. He pulled me out of bed and I said no again, but he wasn’t listening. Eventually I just bit the bullet and put my robe back on and headed out to sleepily sit. As soon as I sat down, my fiancé started to pull on my robe and tell me to “take my jacket off”. I told him it wasn’t a jacket, it was a robe, and I wasn’t appropriate underneath. I was wearing one of those nightie things. He said he didn’t care and I reminded him our company might. He still demanded I take it off and got really rough with pulling on me. I pushed him away and told him he was too drunk and too stupid to be thinking correctly and I reminded him the function of a robe. He told me “he won’t care baby, come on, come on” and proceeded to kiss me and grope me in front of him. I was so disgusted, even more so when his friend started to touch my hair and thighs, trying to move up my legs. My heart was literally in my throat at that point and I shoved them both away, yelled at them, and locked myself in the bathroom. I know this friend really really well and I was so disgusted by him touching me at all like that. My fiancé and him have been friends since college- he calls him his brother. I just don’t know what to do. I heard his friend leave after some hushed conversation and then I heard my fiancé go to our bedroom. I thought he would come and apologize, but he didn’t. He didn’t even come and find me. I ended up coming out of the bathroom about half an hour later and my fiancé was passed out drunk. The next morning I cried when I demanded an apology and my fiancé insisted that this incident did not happen. When I finally got him to admit he inappropriately touched me (he never admitted his friend did), he was just so reluctant to apologize. He actually never did. All he said was “sorry for getting carried away, won’t happen again.” When I said I was going to need space if he couldn’t even bother to say sorry, he told me I was overreacting and making things up. I tried to explain what happened to my friend but I don’t think she fully understand because she called me TA here. She said most women would die for fiancé who wanted them that bad. Maybe I didn’t tell the story correctly or maybe I am TA here. What do I even do? What do I even say here? AITAH for feeling uncomfortable about this whole thing?
