Top man, intelligent and focused

Excellent video
just love this
i dont have any of those 2 apps. where can i hear the rest of the story?
On those two apps or any other podcast provider.... They are free.
Love how nimble these cars are.
Andy”Rage and Fury”Rouse is a motorsport god.
Soctland is a petty croutry with lots of hills
???
What circuit is it
Some say Top Gear once won a BTCC race... and they did.
So singer & musician Chris Rea was in this race too.
Barry Nutley’s voice is always tremendous to listen to.
Thank you for uploading this race because non of this footage was allowed to be used for the end of season review.
It was always interesting to see the 95 Laguna in yellow for the press day, only for it to change to blue for the whole season 🤔
Thank you for uploading this. I used to have so many episodes of Top Gear Motorsport recorded on VHS, I foolishly didn’t try hard enough to maintain those recordings. Mainly for making sure they didn’t get taped over by other family members ☹️lol ! Kids today will never understand that pain 🤣
This top gear older then me
I would love to go to the United Kingdom I love start of the year intro where the tell a story about the about there last year and the new year oneday
My favourite weather in United Kingdom not to hot
That 320Ci is flying and the sound reminds me of the BMW M3 GTR from NFS Most Wanted, what an amazing sound.
Love this btcc was greatest in this era
Soper like Schumacher was a dirty German racer.
Amazing racing 👍
Love this content!
Dear god what a beast the Laguna Williams compared to the rest of the field in 1997... so glad it shone the brighter in my year of birth! ❤🎉 Even if we all pretty much love more the 1998 one with that beautiful Nespresso livery in our minds for nostalgia reasons. Well more or less because we all love more the STWs BTCC liveries featured in TOCA 2 that painted our childhood or teenage... 😅
Very hard car racing video game i am from Australia so don't know the British Trouing cars cricuit as well as People from England and Scotland
He is Austrailan that Chrile Cox
We know...
@@1990sBTCChow many years did he live in Great Britain for ?
@@kylewaddington1983 Decades - he still lives here now.
@@1990sBTCCthankyou yeah nah it's a Shame he didn't do TV commentator for Australia V8 Supercars Championship for channel 10 or 7
and 4 years later the nissan was the best car, and the year after it won the championship
this is very cool, thanks for sharing 4:20
No mention of Toyota pulling out? Lee Brookes aside?
No mention of the works Toyota team leaving as part of the 'bad news'?
Was so born in the wrong era, wish I was born in the late 70’s
Rip Murray Walker 😥
I always found it odd he had a Volvo dealership given his strong links to Vauxhall.
Lucky man Matt Neal
Where can I see the full interview?
It's a podcast series.
@@1990sBTCC I know I already subscribe I just spotted this clip and wondered if the entire interview was available to watch 👍
I'm afraid that sort of content just takes too much time to create. @@soggysaunders9858
@@1990sBTCC shame as it’s a hilarious interview,keep up the good work 👍
British Grand prix
What happened to Will? '91 Champion and close runner up in '92. But by '97 he was struggling to get any points. Just wondering what happened
Poor cars. When he had the car, he did well. 1995 a case in point.
The 96 BMW was an absolute live wire but my god it had some ponies. That gearbox whine, I know it wasn’t the fastest overall, but what a car
I don’t understand why there aren’t any stories about those days. For example, the BMW my favorite car of that era, I would love to know why it wasn’t so competitive from 1996 onwards
Even 30 years on, these cars look, race and are more exciting than today’s BTCC hybrid milkfloats…
'Fn Real racing
How this hasn't got more views is beyond me. It seems like every team I follow fails totally: Peugeot works BTCC teams, Beastmen in Age of Sigmar, Man United...
The road Mondeo didn't even pass the Fiesta on the straight 🤣 Thanks for the upload though!
Amazing video brings it all back
Will Hoy top bloke
Wow that brings it all back. I went to see this race. It was an incredible atmosphere, almost like a mini British GP. Probably 90% there to see Nige!
It's an absolutely genius way to get some interest back into the final races of a settled season, would be great to see the various racing bodies get together to let this sort of thing happen more easily.
When racing was proper everyone was mates and the cars were proper
what car was he referring too?
His championship winning Laguna.
I was going to say probably the Laguna as its been in a private collection in Australia until last year
@@frenchbred2081 thanks buddie!
Clarkson driving so slow. Odd to see
Nigel had a strong neck at that time racing Modeo against Vectra's 👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼🇧🇷
How Mansell thought this was Tiff’s fault was ludicrous!
