Very insightful content. I wonder if you could consider creating an bio-vid about Jan Karski or Witold Pilecki? I feel as if their heroic stories are unknown to some ppl. Basically they've made their life mission to inform the world about the atrocities conducted by the Germans. The Hollywood movies don't fully portray those crimes as they were FAR worse in real life. I had some filmmaking / acting experience and I swear it's about time to accurately represent Jewish/Polish bravery and German's cruelty. My whole family was affected by WWII. I had a Jewish uncle who was a Holocaust survivor and lost his mother during a Nazi raid when he was only 14. We have to keep the memory about it alive no matter how painful it may seem. This is really informative what's been talked about in this video. I have to say that i have learned a great deal about the subject described from every speaker in this video equaly. However I do have a remark or shel i say even a personal problem with one word that has been used in these presentations to describe certain situation or situations. That word is 'Intimacy'. I think it's really a wrong word to be used when put in the context of the killing, killings or mass murder. In modern day 'Intimacy' implies the closeness in love or a degree of a very personal affection for another person. It also has a (rather strong) sexual tinge to it as well. Once again I really think it's a wrong word to use to describe such menacing circumstances. Schoking even. But okay. Natalia (and some other speakers) is not a Native English speaker so that gives it a pass. But please guys, try to find another word.

Despite all the praise heaped upon Professor Browning, I fault him for his dismissive response to Daniel Jonah Goldhagen and his book: Hitler's Willing Executioners. Browning may have done some groundbreaking research, but Goldhagen has CERTAINLY done so. I find it jarring that a PHD candidate under the tutelage of the professor was designated to introduce Professor Browning. what else could she do, but fawn all over him.

The intimate violence is a really overlooked part of the Holocaust to the general public, and the endeavour to throw light on it and provide information about it is an important one. Studying the 'Holocaust by Bullets' one gets an idea of the large scale of the intimate violence committed. I wish you good luck with this most necessary project and hope you will be courageous enough to pursue it all the way - and not of any political reasons omit Ukrainian from investigation as it has been the common practice for a very long time. In Ukraine, Poland and Lithuania many, many cases of intimate violence are to be discovered.

Hitler learned his lesson after the T4 program not to commit orders to paper, but to give vague ideological pronouncements, often in the form of "prophecy" and then give subordinates considerable leeway in how to implement them. He said himself he didn't care how it gets done, only that it gets done and that it conforms to the overall ideological program.
