Xigua Studio is named for our faithful canine companion. The studio’s inaugural work was a music festival documentary, "Coming Home to the Subdued Stringband Jamboree". In addition to hosting the Jamboree documentary, this channel serves as the studio’s platform for showcasing film and imagery that reflects interests in music, nature, travel, U.S. National Parks, and history. On our recent trip to Barcelona, we took a Paella cooking class at 'The Paella Club'. The Paella Club offered a unique fully immersive culinary experience in the heart of Barcelona! The Paella Club are advocates for the principles of the slow food movement and work with local ingredients in order to provide a truly farm-to-table experience. We had a great time.

This spectacular helicopter tour took us over national parks, Saguenay Fjord, The Sainte Lawence River and past Charlevoix crater, an interesting. lake impact spot where a meteor hit 400 million years ago. It started and ended in Baie-Sainte-Paul,, Quebec. Heli Charlevoix was the tour company / helicopter tour guide.

Very nice. My wife and i booked our first cruise to Alaska, September 2025 14 days on Holland Noordam. I never imagined spending so much on a vacation, but hey, it's once in a lifetime, and not getting any younger!
Did you see any northern lights during this cruise? We are considering a similar cruise Sept 2024, and northern lights viewing is high on our list.
