A young Gnome, Djalu, living in the rain forest of Australia, contacts Millius. Koalas are sick. He doesn't know what to do. David, Tomte and the twins, Harmony and Melody arrive at Djalu's home to discover it has been demolished by Trolls. Djalu is pulled from the wreckage. He insists they go after the Trolls and rescue a mother koala, Kola and her sick baby, Todd. The Gnomes find the koalas and David examines them both. They have infections caused by a very contagious bacteria. It will take a rare medicine to cure them. Djalu summons some cassowary friends and escorts David to the outback to find it. Tomte and the twins take care of the ailing koalas. Tomte is infatuated by Harmony.
