Thank you for having us along Bill. Things are never as steep on a GoPro as they are in real life. I have not been here since before the new gondola was built. I see that the old bull wheel still exists; the one that was never used for the top of the lift that was never built by a dreamer but has stood for decades on the south face of KT.

why did you snowplow down the entire time? were the conditions bad?

haha you ski just like me. I had pretty much the same experience going down Red Dog Ridge from the top of Olympic Lady, all bumped out and kind of icy, yikes. 7:38 is so relatable 🙂

The problem with Lakeview is you wind up at Resort Chair and it's almost 15 minutes back to the top. With the Red Dog 6-pack you're much better off taking Champs Elysees, it's only four minutes back to the top.

Oh Gawd! I wish I was still living in Tahoe. This is the stuff of dreams. Skiing in JUNE, almost no one there. Densely packed power but not the customary "Sierra Cement." I Love the Tahoe Basin Ski areas and, one of the Best is Alpine Meadows!!! Live it up Bill Ski. You're a lucky guy! Cheers to you and the other lucky "Jacks and Jill goin' down the hill." Ski T 1984, 85, 86!
