Nice idea to make two machines one But is there any probability of granules crushing or sticking while Drying since the hot air enters from aside rather than perforated mesh and the shears still running

Since a also showed interest in you shear granulation process (Or as I call it: "Zacharias, der hackfleischhassende Zerhacker"), when does one prefer shear over top spray granulation?

I have very strong expertise in handling the glatt integrated line and wurster coater..I was the first to install and make glatt lines operational specifically fabricated in pune..I know all the basic challenges customer face and can work with glatt to resolve all those
I think the line for coating proces is more interesting than the granulating but its only my opinion 🙂
