a lot changed since 2007 in 2007 - phase 8 was under construction - safari homes granted possession - dha 3 was known as "bahria serene city " however there were already mentions of phase 3 in 2023 - phase 8 is pretty much developed - newer sectors like rose garden, and phase 8 extension, is ongoing (in rose garden ppl are building houses ) - dha 3 development work is very fast with people building houses quickly

This so called DHA development has turned Rawalpindi into a concrete jungle. Dust and pollution at its peak. Average House price starts from 6 to 7 crores with gas and electricity load shedding. Have to pay hefty bills. No planning just a status symbol!
