My question is, if you have a unit that has all control, can you install kumo cloud? As well as a hard wire thermostat, like a nest? I want to be able to control general heating and cooling with the nest. But if I need to change the fan speed, you'd have to use como cloud with these both work at the same time.

I think a better explanation would be that the refrigerant liquid has a much lower temperture than what it founds outside, so it can absorb that difference and send it back to the indoor unit

Electric base board heaters are efficient they are just not economical. Base board heaters are 100% efficient, heat pumps are about 300% efficient depending on outside temperatures. The best gas furnaces are only 96% efficient. It's all about economics not efficiency.

This is great, I've needed something like this for a long time. With a dog that loves to shed & a son w/ very sensitive respiratory issues, this is a no-brainer!

I live in a small apartment in Franklin, NH. They recently installed baseboard heaters in all the units. They got rid of the boiler heating system. However, I also recently bought a window heat pump. So far for the most part it seems to be doing a good job. Hopefully it will still be effective when it really gets cold out

I cant tell if those rooftop units are raised or not but if the snow level is to high you are gonna have problems with those units working....
