4:34 as a patient, my increase in intracranial pressure triggered by stuffy nose and coughing brought by seasonal allergy. Never have nasal surgery nor diagnose of brain tumor, this sudden onset of regional headache, nausea, and slight blur vision are from cerebrospinal spinal fluid leaks. Sure, the symptom can be alleviated by Advil, or rest lying down, but lots of fluid and lots of coffee will do the trick.

All Americans are iodine deficient. There’s not enough iodine in Salt and not enough in the soil, so none of the food has iodine. In addition, all the flour and bakery goods in America are loaded with bromine, and bromine blocks the iodine receptors. T3 and T4 thyroid hormones are simply three and four molecules of iodine. Thyroid hormone is a iodine shuttle in the body and a critical element for normal function of all the endocrine glands. If you are sick first do a salt flush to get the bromine out because chlorine will help knock out the bromine and then start taking it-throud or Idorol or Lugols iodine, which are a blend of iodide and iodine. You may have a cleansing reaction (herxheimer reaction) to this at first because your body is detoxing the bromine out of your cells. But all hypo and hyper thyroid conditions are normally from lack of iodine and can be fixed with iodine treatment. Get Dr David Brownstein‘s book on iodine and he will explain all of this to you for more details. Iodine prevents tumor and cyst formation and iodine even kill cancerous cells.

I had an isthmusectomy and the right side removed in 2019 due to what they believed was TWO nodules, turned out to be 4+ (I had been choking for over a year). Pathology report showed papillary micro carcinoma. I was told it was fine, all was removed... fast-forward 5 years, i am in same boat again. This time, iron has been low 1 1/2 years even with infusions & supplements and scan shows "Multiple ill-defined nodules within the remaining left thyroid lobe". As well as lymph nodes in head & neck are all swollen (CT Scan). FNA again this coming Tuesday. I am SO done with this. 😒

For the past 2 years I’ve been having a constant fluid filling up my left earn drum. I have can feel fluid leaking down by throat and it’s perfect clear and tastes like saline. I’ve tried every spray and allergy tablet and steroid possible. I’ve taken steroids orally for a week at a time and still my ear fills up. My doctor asked me to capture some that runs out of my left nostril but it’s always just a drop or two that I can capture. I just pinched my nose and forced air into the eardrum and then the fluid began draining. I feel like I get about 30-40% out when I work at it but it quickly fills back up. I’m due to get ear drains next week. I’m hoping it will be easier to capture and sample some of the fluid. I have a headache all the time, mild. I can’t hear well with fluid in the left ear. I’m sleepy all the time. I can get 10 hours of sleep and end up taking 2 hour nap at lunch.. I dont feel like anyone is taking this issue seriously… it’s just “you have allergies”. Well. I’ve never had alerts except in spring. This never ends even with medication. In 2009 I had to have maxillomandibular extensions. The doctors forgot to put the screws into the upper plates in my sinuses. The upper surgery failed and slipped back. For the next year I had to wear headgear and braces to try and hold the upper jaw and lower sinuses in place. It pretty much fused up but in 2010 I ended up with a terrible infection where the loose metal hardware was near my sinuses. The infection ate away a lot of bone and tissue. The doctor who fixed took 8-9 hours. When done he said… you lost a lot of bone. All we could do was stretch the skin and sow it over the abscess. I’m wondering if the bone was weakened n

My doctor found a lot of nodules on my thyrod by accident, I was complaining of pain and stiffness in my neck, so she did an ultrasound and found them. I have to have a needle biosopy next month. The doctors have sent me to physical therapy put me on muscle relaxers, but nothing is helping. My neck still hurts even to turn it. The stiffness just won't go away, and I'm always having bad ear pain, but they say my ears look good. I don't know the signs of tyrod cancer or problems is the stiffness in the neck a sign.

Every 2 weeks this keeps happening, I’d get nose problems, what’s more annoying is when I’m trying to breathe through the non clogged nostril it always heats up or something or keeps getting too liquidy, after a few days or week it goes back to normal for only 1 week and then repeat, it’s been happening for months

Hi…I’m a 59 yr old female. I’ve had a total thyroidectomy on January 2,2015 because there was suspicious growing nodules on both sides. When the surgeon chiselled it out, he found active cancer cells (PTC). He couldn’t get them all out and I was supposed to have had radiation but I fell through the Canadian healthcare system. From the time my ENT phoned me with the results to the time I got in to see the oncologist, it was 42 days without taking my Synthroid which shouldn’t have happened because once you start your thyroid hormone pills, you are supposed to take them every day until the day you die.

I've got something, either thyroid or lymph around that, that seems to swell and reduce. It has now been a year, and I discovered Benadryl and Thyroid support supplements (selenium+iodine+extras) have shrunk the area. It's only been a week and it's almost been identical to the left now, though still thicker feeling. If anyone thinks of anything let me know please. I had headaches that the local hospital threw everything at. (more than 20k AFTER insurance) and they didn't find it. A 12$ xray by an old school chiropractor found a slight straightening in my cervical spine. Weekly adjustments + rolled up towel under the neck for 20 mins a night fixed it. My boss at the time said, "That's why they call it PRACTICING medicine".

I am struggling to understand my TIRAD 3 score. My documents show a 1cm x .4cm x.8cm nodule on the right side. The composition is solid which tells me thats 2 points then the echogenicity is marked hypoechoic which should also be 2 points. Everything else scored a zero so would tht not be a TI-RAD4? the report sent to my doctor rated it as a TI-RAD3 with no further testing recommended. The reason I was scanned was due to hoarseness and swallowing difficulties and now im afraid something is being missed.
