first off, you have probably been flying a lot longer than us and have crashed many many times during your first few years and hundreds of flights. Second; we actually want to do stuff with our aircraft and make the hobby fun instead of just flying in a circle for 5 minutes at a time playing it safe. 3: because some people still crash and make mistakes, you do not need to call them out on it. not everyone is a professional pilot.

Easy Grandpa, us grey hairs often forget what it was like playing as kids. They are not only having fun, they are learning too! You and your buddies at the field need to find a park somewhere and go have some non-structured fun - lighten you all up a bit. That's what I do with my AMA field buddies. What district you in? You skipped even the most basic safety checks that a GOOD pilot must do when he/she gets a plane. You are NOT a good pilot (despite what others say here) because being a good pilot is NOT knowing how to do acrobatics, it is to operate the airplane (or any other machine) in a way that doesn't risk others. For instance, you could have cut that little girl in her face with the propeller in your very first failed takeoff. Would you consider it "non-structured fun" if the propeller would have hit her in her eye?

@@goodcopbadcop9872 I don't know if you really practice this hobby or not, but these propellers are VERY dangerous because the RPMs are VERY high. I got deep cuts all along my left arm a few years ago from a motor glider, and a member from my club almost lost one finger (propeller cut right up to the bone). As ALL the manuals say: "This is NOT a toy". It is no joke
