This is the fourth comment I’ve left on this video so I’m not gunna write anymore, sorry for trauma dumping and over sharing, it’s just a big thing. Hopefully I’m writing to no one. I’m gunna stop listening to this. It’s getting too intense. It did really help though honestly. So thanks.

I got so angry when the comforting part starts. By the time the part about the deep breath came I was clenching my teeth. I never got that. And I did do bad. It makes me feel like I’m pretending to be a good person when I did bad things. It makes me feel angry that I never got sincere comfort after that made the initial situation better. It makes me angry that I’m over it but there are still scars that drip and ripple like now. I’m so angry. [addition] Dude the opening up part make me so angry. Just made me furious. I won’t say anything more. It’s no one’s business what happened, no one even knows me, I apologize for sharing this, it’s really weird.

Mhh, I wish it was all a scene. Unfortunately it was three years. And it got to where there was no sign of care. Sometimes it got so bad. Sometimes it seemed like there was no way out. And sometimes they tried to force themselves out of it all. And I thought about it too. But I didn’t and now I get to live with it. But I learned. But I do have trauma. I do have scars from it. I did hurt sometimes too though. I’m not innocent at all. I’m guilty. I’m not innocent at all. I hurt people too. How much better am I? It was three years. For so long I couldn’t stop it. I’m sorry.

These punishing feeling ones are so painful because of trauma but I really like them and I don’t know why. I wanna hear it even if it makes me cry. Maybe it’s a weird way of dealing with it? Cause it’s not like I like it, it is painful. It’s just comfortable to hear also somehow. I don’t know. I’m confused. [addition] Something about the tense feeling is nice. Some of the stuff that hits a little too close to reality stings but after it feels nice knowing it’s not happening anymore. After thinking about it, I think it’s a way of coping. Because I can just not listen if it gets too stinging, and I have power over it even if it feels the other way. When the moments that give me trauma happened I couldn’t do anything like that and I was just sitting their stinging without a way to escape it. Now it’s comforting because I can stop it at any time. It does make me wanna cry though, just a little bit. I’m just so glad my life is better now and I’m in control now. No one can ever do stuff like that to me ever again. Thanks for the sense of liberation, genuinely I appreciate it a lot.
