I think many underestimated the figure of Arishem in the MCU. According to the film, Arishem was not just another “space god” like Ego. He is creator of All the Universe. He created the first sun, thus creating light itself. For this universe he is God with big “g”. To think, that he PERSONALLY come to Earth and would judge the humanity is 10000 times crazier than any thing Kang (next grand villain of Marvel) would ever do.
