Really interested in what you are showing on this channel, but with the surface treatment applied at the end of the process I wonder why you cast these items in brass. Given the final color applied I wonder why iron is not chosen.

So, they threw tin and copper in the furnace in order to make bronze, they skimmed of the slag, but they did not bother to mix the two materials thoroughly? Yup. Perfect.
These are not load-bearing parts. High performance is not needed.
...and that's the explanation for not stirring the crucible just once? Really? Oh, my.
@@ChristianLamine If you watch the video, you will notice that the crucible was charged with sprues from previous melts. Pre alloyed bronze doesn't separate, so no need to stir, unless flux or de gassing chemicals are used.

Hmm. For sand blasting was used full face protecting mask, but for the work with fumming melted metal and work with acid work without any foom protection mask

Lovely, accessible and enthusiastic short discussion on spirituality in the context of social work. Spirituality remains rather marginalised in social work discourse, and students are often taught that it has no place in social work. But here Gerry talks about spirituality in a way that, surely, most everyone would agree is meaningful and acceptable. How much richer would social work not be if we cared for the whole person, including their spiritual life, rather than just certain parts of the person. Thanks Gerry!

@@hughjarse1381 every one uses damp sand today. we used all oil sand ( old engine oil and sand ) when we were at school, nice to see someone putting vent holes in as we used to. damp sand isnt used for cast iron afaik
