I use it on occultist profane bloom with herald of ice, shaper of winter (flesh&flame) it feels insane as a main skill + movement.

On 500% ms rage ranger maybe.

Hard to tell. I bought some items for 15d and now they are 50 and 80d

New jewel and charms are op. lingering blades are op. Didn't play exang or caustic. I play what i enjoy. I dont think you can compare caster with trapper or miner

Not sure what items seems expensive to you but i bought all items 50% cheaper than current prices as investment.

if you mean blinking like that then yes, you just need cd recovery implicit on boots and 1-2 notables on the tree with cd recovery of movement skills

I played EK by Rueto for first week. Farmed over 400divs with it. I dont recommend playing this penance version. You can probably make better setup on different ascendancy. it feels awful for mapping.

LL hiero feels pretty great for penance cuz you get pretty good aoe from not reserving mana and juiced up hatred eternal blessing, get an oriaths end in the build for explode and you are good to blast.

If you equip nimis you remove return proj. You can check that in pob.

I didnt try. Just tested how does it feel to progress atlas on day 1. For sure its playable. Question is how good is it

Leveling Pconc requires a lot of buttons to press. When you swap to EK a lot of stuff is just optional. During the map you can just shield charge, shoot EK and sometimes use plague bearer to clear faster. You can use totem to help with damage on bosses and press haste aura buff to go even faster.

Give it a try before a League starts and see if it fits you.

Trying to keep it realistic. Some items are from acts. Flasks are bad. Rolls on uniques too. Ultra low level for this type of content. At this point at league start i can make it 30% better on day 1

Actually with 6link it starts feeling a bit different with the cast speed from spell echo
