7:31 Isn't there a large "bare and empty" space in the middle that you warned us against at 5:29? The montage at 5:18 reveals that your standard formula (put stuff on both sides) works well for single subject shots, but this two person wide shot with a no-mans-land in the middle appears adversarial

Just bought a new house, where I have to set up an office and podcast / youtube studio in a room of about 11m2 :) I'm going crazy over how to best set it up. A window in particular annoys me :D

I go between my MacBook built-in camera and Logitec webcam - I'm not thrilled with either (but it may be faulty lighting set up). To look "good" does one need to bump up to a DSLR? I am 45 now, I have spent 20 years alone by myself, with myself I find my voice gets krackly after months of not talking, so I talk to my plants 🪴 , I don’t feel I’m missing very much. lol just wish I could live up on a mountain above the clouds. ☁ in a nice cabin . But I realize why bother, simply live in this moment and enjoy it.
