I’m enrolled to go there in October. I’m local so expenses are not going to be an issue. I was a structural mechanic in the Air Force for 6 years and would like to get back in aviation. I do have a question though… Can my experience as a sheet metal mechanic get the 8610-2 forms filled out for this school? I have no engine experience but plenty of airframe experience.

My first PA22 was a 51 125. Life sucked the wind out of me and I sold it to a guy that inspected it. After I got my ticket with its hours. Then a 57 PA22*150 and here comes life's curves again. Not flown after my wife died. The Flying Rock is a great airplane and tons of fun. Enjoyed your story

!@#$ heather sorry I had to get that out. I will be vague and withhold some information. If you're still looking for a lab partner, I'm down. I study the ancient mathematics of the Mesoamerican cultures. Not just them but also other ancient cultures who developed mathematical methods from ancient China, India, Sumerian, Romans, Greeks, Africa and more. They all have something in common. There are an infinite number of patterns/movements embedded in the universe. These patterns can be used to make insane mental calculations. They, all of these ancient cultures figured it out. ONLY the priests and shaman kings were allowed to manipulate these patterns and apply them to this 3d dimensional world. Those 13 moons, what is there, is the end calculation. The rest is mental. Only the answer is written down, hence petroglyphs like this beauty. If you could understand the complexity of this kind of thinking you'd be overwhelmed with an excitement that could make you blissfully mathematically insane. These petroglyphs also lead me to believe the cultures, where you filmed this, were also warriors. The circle with crosses is found all over Guatemala, Mexico, central and south America. Its Venus, the ancient symbol for Venus, the war gods. Native Americans, Mesoamericans traded and I'm sure they also traded knowledge. I'm not a mathematician. It took me 9 years to figure out their math system without knowing the origins of these methods and I've only figured out 1/4 of it all. I've had to study other cultures from Japan and middle east like the Mesopotamians just to get a clue at what the native American and Mesoamericans were calculating. People had this knowledge not been suppressed, books/codex's burned by the Spanish conquistadors and church, no one today would be poor. We would all be engineers. No one would be hungry. We would all be holding the keys to our own empires. The powers that be want us obedient, going to our 9 to 5 and paying our taxes/tribute. Burning those books/codex's is the only way to make that happen. I went to college with this knowledge and became a carpenter. Currently make 28$ per hour and can build houses and apartment complexes. I'm going back to school to become a drafter and hopefully an architect. With this knowledge those exams are easy, I did not use a calculator at all for those tests. I want to do more but I don't have the funds, otherwise those college exams are easy. (not being arrogant) Imagine what these ancient cultures could do if they were alive today. Put us all to shame. Imagine what you could do. Consider this a poor written resume lol

That's a really interesting and entertaining video! In another life, along time ago, I was in the Reserves of the British Army and drove light armoured recce vehicles. As a driver, you were expected to carry out basic maintenance and repairs, and assist the "real" mechanics should something major go wrong in the field. The Army had a similar regimented approach to working on the vehicles. One thing I always remember is that the engines and the inside of the engine bays were painted a very, very light green, in what was almost like an enamel/heat proof paint, and you could eat your dinner off the surfaces they were kept that clean. As part of your schedule of maintenance, we had to clean until every nook and cranny was spotless. If you spilled any oil or other fluids while topping up in the engine compartment, it was a major non compliance and you had to clean up every last drop! lol You mentioned torque wrenches in the video, and I just wondered what ft\lb range you typically used/needed?

I just retired from about 30 years as an aircraft aftermarket repair technician. One of my favorite tools were the Proto spline drive ratcheting combination wrenches. Not as pricey as Snap-on but very good quality. Quality tools was my highest priority because I had to fix what I screwed up!

Hello, thank you for this nice video :) I made the same radio a few years ago, at the time I was using an Imac from 2009 and I could plug the radio directly into the IN input but today I changed computers (Macbook air) where it doesn't there is no direct input and when I plug into a USB plug, the sound is very weak, I used various cables but it does not work well, could you tell me what equipment you use to connect the radio to your computer ?
