Founded in 2015, Balance, LLC is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm focused exclusively on assisting contractors to manage their businesses as efficiently and effectively as possible. Why are you documenting shutters for a roof inspection? Shouldn’t you be documenting damage to the shingles?
Umm it called hail damage lady. He taking photos of other damage caused by hail. And eagleview was use for the roof.
He’s looking out for the best interests of the homeowner, wouldn’t you as the homeowner want the best bang for your buck and pocket extra money? lol cmon now think
It helps build a case with the insurance adjuster. The more damage you find, the better chance you have of an adjuster approving the claim.
What should be included in the contract sent to the insurance company?
