Overall Howar is a great vocalist, but I think it would sound even better with Roachford. While being Carrack's replacement, he sounds a lot more like Young. He should already have joined the Mechanics after Paul Young's death

Tim Howar is a good singer, but to him, this a cover version. He can't approximate the sincerity of delivery and depth of emotion that Paul Young brought to the song.
