Thank you for following through with sharing what you’re learning on what is an “unpopular” topic in these times 🙌 One thing I’ve learned on the topic is that we as wives grow in our trust in God, as we submit to Him by submitting to our husbands. We get to see that He is ultimately in control. I agree that there’s a lot of learning to lead and it’s not pretty 😅 but if we have the mindset of putting His kingdom and righteousness first, then we can change our expectations for this life. It’s one of growth and being students/disciples which really doesn’t look like getting it right, but learning to. We should desire whatever grows us. Anyway, thanks again for sharing! I need to look for that cultural study bible!

I dont feel as if Joseph was boasting more so he didnt believe that they were jealous of him and just simply he wanted them to be happy for him because he had dreams and it was something he was proud of like in the now times we tell others about our accomplishments not boasting but just simply proud of the accomplishment and the trials we went through to get to where we are.
