You just pay the difference now, for drinks not on MSC DPs!

We just went on a 9 day Caribbean cruise on Norwegian sky and as soon as we entered our cabin we got such a foul sewer smell, it was horrible! We asked to be moved, but the cruise was totally booked and they were not able to move us. We were so miserable the whole time. Of course when we would ask a supervisor to come and verify for themselves. They would just deny that it stunk and that nobody had complained. Our neighbor next door also had the same problem and had complained and other people we talked to. Finally on the 6th day they moved us to the 10th floor and it was just as bad but also noisy due to being below the pool deck. We will be canceling our East Coast cruise because it’s the same ship. So many other drawbacks. We also heard they will be selling this ship to Viking and they will remodel it.

Anything less then 7 days is not a cruise

This is definitely one of the best feelings on a cruise

We have sailed twice on a transatlantic with MSC, once last fall and in the fall 2022. Two different ships. They both still had ashtrays in the bathroom, and I see the Divina has them as well.

It's good that they have changed it now, but the easy package was always designed to be a house drinks package and nothing more.

We just spent 22 days on Divina on her transatlantic and it was one of our very favourite of our 20 or so cruises. We had our concerns being our first with MSC but the service, food and ship itself was all wonderful. All the pools were open all of the time. We weren't in Yacht Club but our embarkation was very quick. BTW, the water slide as great and very similar in size to the ones we have used on Carnival.

They now only charge you the difference in the drink package and the more expensive drink. This video is old and no longer relevant.

Shame on MSC? For supposedly being a savy experienced cruiser you sure did make a rookie mistake and then blame it on MSC. MSC has the best variety of drink packages out there and at great costs. You read the drink package descriptions and they tell you what the limitations are and what happens if you go top shelf. Another thing if the other adult in yiur cabin does not drink alcohol you go to best services and tell them and all that person needs to by is the non alcohol drink package. My fiancee doesn't drink and we've done it on 4 cruises so far.

I have a 16 night cruise scheduled the board Caribbean princess departing 12 July from Southampton round-trip hitting England, Ireland, Iceland, and Scotland before returning back to Southampton. The age of the ship is very concerning, smells and particular. I don’t want to pay for anything that’s not already included other than drinks. Princess has, like most cruise lines opted for more pay as you go venues, including the barbecue restaurant. I will not frequent that or any other pay venue you wind up with surprise bills at the end of your trip. I did use the sanctuary on sapphire Princess cruise out of Singapore where the Chinese overwhelmed the ship We’re very loud, noisy and rude and most of us found sanctuary in the sanctuary.

Some research before buying the cruise package could have saved you a lot of grief...the package restrictions were in place before you got on board.

First world alcoholic problems .....

I went on this cruise. I thought it was totally fine. The only problem we had was the toilet seat but they fixed immediately so that was great. The only problem was the very annoying wait at the end when we were leaving because we didn’t have a passport

I got the Princess Plus package which does include two meals at both of those restaurants. Would you recommend these restaurants over the main dining rooms? Good job, you captured the beauty of the ship at night on deck which is often forgotten while on a cruise.

I think this has changed as from what I've read you do get luminaee and retreat deck but no booze or wifi. I'm so sorry this occurred. :(
