Если внимательно посмотреть видео, то станет ясно, что родной такой же стартер, лежит сломанный на полу, а мастера поставили новый и тестируют. Следовательно не такой уж он и надежный, учитывая, сколько раз им пользовались. Движок-то почти новый и запускают его не часто, т.к. это скорее всего аварийный генератор.
