Justice is not being done in BWC. For your information sir the overseas block was started in the year 2020 while development charges have been levied since 2018. Moreover, development charges for commercial plots are very high. You put the entire burden on the shoulders of the commercial plot owners. God willing, everyone will answer before Allah. We humbly request that development charges for commercial plots be reduced and overseas block charges please start from 2020 instead of 2018. It is further directed that the society should obtain NOC approval from the concerned department as soon as possible. Which is very important.

IN THIS case Phase 1 investors who bought iverseas gold estate find they have no plots despite paying the full dues will be bailed out by overseas and golf estate! So where has phase 1 investors money gone? Overseas investors bring hard earned taxed USD or GBP cash into the country and these guys rush and invest in Dubai! Have you see the cars the agents drive….all fraudulent earnings from investors money and they don’t pay any tax so the country has to get loans from IMF …very very shameful car sad what has become! Also please stop talking about FOUNTAIN WE WANT OUR PLOTS NOT A FOUNTAIN…..RELY INNCHINESE TO BUILD A FOUNTAIN how sad!

Mr Khan, for your personal and countries reputation you need to act quickly. Lot of investors have been treated unfairly ….invested hard earned money which I have paid tax on as I am overseas investor unlike people in Paksitsn who pay no taxes. I simply want clearl action on Golf estate ….make a clear statement and plans delays or cancellation and a fair proposal to people who bought golf estate plot, 3 years ago and paid in full! Make bold honest decision…get your money invested in Dubai and settle it quickly!

Mr Aleem, you took customers money freely knowing there is no plots to Gove and have invested. Those monies in Dubai..your name is listed as an investor in Dubai!

Message to Mr Aleem Khan….your development is fast getting reputation for being a fraudulent business. Why fraudulent? I will,explain: Golf estate investors were sold 8000 plots I am told. Lot of expat Pakistanis living in U.K. and US bought. Despite paying full price plots have not been allocated. We still don’t know if Golf Estate will happen. Investors like me have no information other than being told to switch to overseas block.I bought golf and paid Premium price …and don’t want overseas. I asked for the investment of 9m PKR to be returned. For return of investment ParkView charge 10% fees for exiting despite paying full,price over a 3 year period …and don’t forget the interests are 22 % ! ParkView should return initial investment plus interest….Not doing and not allocating a plot is simply fraudulent practice equivalent to pyramid scheme Mr Aleem yiu keep mention Allah….be warned what your business is doing is not Islamic….! Don’t try fool people please and win up. Communicate clearly to investors before E your punished by Allah. Now please return money with interest or allocate plot that customer bought …like Golf.

Park View City is completely a fraud. I have purchased a plot, paid all dues, but still no possession. If Aleem thinks that he will digest our hard earned money like this, it will not happen. I am going to get my plot forcefully IN SHA ALLAH.

Fitst give possession to Overseas block of PVC. I cleared all my dues on January 2024, still PVC is not giving me possession of my plot. PVC has lost its credibility. No overseas will buy in phase 2 due to mis commitment of PVC in overseas block with overseas Pakistanis.
