I have vertigo I am surprised how many people are dealing with this disorder it's so many.

Thanks so much for this video I have tinnitus and noticed last year I had dizziness and had an MRI scan to check everything and thankfully nothing sinister. My dizziness finally went away then today at the dentist it triggered off the dizziness as I was lying for a while in the same position with my head low and legs higher so I'll definitely give this a go for the next few days.

My head was spinning and I was feeling dizzy when I put my head on pillow or look up. I talk to my gp and he told me to do same type of exercise and wallah m feeling great and no more dizziness.

God bless this doctor. We need more doctors and nurses that REALLY deeply care like this. Huge shoutout to Hannah at Johnson City Medical Center. She is one of the best nurses, and deeply cared for my nephew. Was in the constantly when he was having seizures. & cried when he was transferred. God bless her soul & every other doctor and nurse that truely cares about their patients.

Wow, I just did this and it made a huge difference. If I were to rate my dizziness it would be 8 but after doing the Epley Maneuver now its 4! I will do this again tomorrow! Thank you Doctor for this very helpful video!
