What temperature to expect in January?

Hello, really need your suggestion on Cancun, Mexico trip. I am planning a trip to Cancun in the first week of September with my wife and 2 yrs old daughter. I have below questions: Do you think that there would be pretty less number of tourists in the resort during this time? Can we go and enjoy the beach during this period or is it not swimmable? Does it rain most of the time in September? Does the pool party and other fun activities happen in the resort during September or is it closed? Really appreciate your help for these answers. I’m Puerto Rican and after dating Puerto Rican women all my life and never wanting to date any other race but my own I finally started dating a Mexican woman and she was the most sweetest beautiful woman I ever been with. She had to go back to Mexico because she was here illegally and she wants to do things the right way. She was in the US on a visa but with Covid she stood longer. I wanted to marry her because I love her plus it would help her get her papers but she said she wants to marry me but she wants to be legal the day we marry. My family like to talk sh:t saying she is with me for papers so she is trying to make people shut their mouths. She is in Mexico City and I will be going there in the next few weeks.

I heard Mexico is actually better than USA. Mexico is more freer and cheaper than USA and people are very friendly and sweet and I heard a story of someone who in the US was dying of an infection US doctors and hospitals wouldn't cure and gave him 6 months to live he went to Mexico and they cure his infection and made me all better in like 15 hours and for much less money than it costed him at all the hospitals and places in the US. Life is so much better in Mexico!

What or where is the best cost effective way of buying groceries in PDC? (ie. meats, vegetables, fruit etc) I feel my money goes further when shopping at Aldi in the UK!
