A Nation at Risk +40 with Macke Raymond | Policy Stories
Forty years after the landmark report "A Nation at Risk" sounded the alarm on American education, a comprehensive review reveals that despite billions invested in countless reforms, reform efforts have been limited in their success. While a few deeply implemented interventions showed promise, the overall reform landscape has been characterized by rushed, incoherent efforts that failed to deliver sustained benefits to students. As policymakers seek to help schools and students rebound from online and hybrid schooling, they must heed the lessons of the past and pursue locally-grounded, coherent, and rigorously-evaluated strategies to finally deliver on the promise of educational excellence for all.

Problem is, you have to trust Academia (researchers, teachers and administrations?)... I'm not sure they can be trusted at the moment. First, remove the beureaucratic rot and intersectional cultists, then maybe you have a chance.

Public schools are among the most ossified bureaucracies in the country. Moreover as the school closures during the pandemic showed, there's an alliance between public sector unions and politicians which puts the interests of students as secondary considerations.

Immigration is and always has been the USA's super power. Now it's more important than ever. The white supremacists in the USA don't understand that they are working for a future where the US becomes irrelevant instead of dominant and able to maintain a sane world order, characterized by the rule of law. We need immigrants, period, to not become a shrinking, sad nation. Go USA! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 Welcome immigrants who go through the process legally. We don't want illegal immigrants, but we do need legal ones!

No platforming is a communist strategy. The flaw here is that Robinson is too weak or foolish to hold this criminal to account with a brutal interrogation.
