I am 3rd generation Canadian Military. My Grandfather fought in WW1, my Great Uncle died at Vimy Ridge, my Father WW2 was in the first wave at Dieppe 1942 and at POW for 3 years. I was with PPCLI Calgary. So disgusted I am with the Trudeau Government of Canada today I advised my 3 grown sons not to join the Military and they have not.

Life in the Canadian Army... Lies, deception and when you get back, no help for our Vets. My cousin did one tour in Afghanistan as a "dignitary driver" and came back so fkd up that he can't even function in normal society anymore. He lost his wife, his kids, any hope of being able to salvage his life and our government doesn't give two shits.

sad..sad ..sad state of affairs...90% of them need a hair cut and shave, women have a long pony tail and not a bun up or hair under the beret. Dress needs a major over haul. Fitness? lacking. I do know not all of these future officers are not Infantry but the dress and deportment should be the same. They are ment to lead by example. This video is encouraging. However, as one who is diagnosed with ADD and has/is taking medication to curb stomp its effects. I am thinking about being a cook in the military as I have experience in kitchen and think I could excel in the field while serving our country. The only fear I have is that I won’t pass the medical as I have heard that you’re more unlikely to be accepted with adhd and recent medication prescriptions. What could I do to help combat my chances of success? Thank you!

I apply army reserve at 2019, everything looks smooth and finally got rejected for medical condition hearing impaired. I was shocked because everything seems normal. Try to appeal with letter from family doctor who also surprise , States normal hearing shouldn’t have any problems. Buy still rejected. True , Canadian systematically rejected , even in US with totally deaf still has opportunity to serve. Is not Canadian everything copy and following US?
