can you change the ambient lighting in a 2013 E350?

My ambient lights dont work! Only the drivers one does! Is there something i am doing wrong or are they faulty?!

When I open comfort, I do not see any ambient lighting buttons, even though it's on my A220 manual. Does that mean my car does not have it? Someone pls tell me

My nephew has one of these while I have a VW ID3 Performance Pro. I let him drive my car and he immdeiately felt that his Merc was obsolete. I've driven it. It feels rough, noisy, gutless and old fashioned. And he's right, it's obsolete. Recently we both took a test drive in a Tesla Model 3 RWD. Now that's a 21st century car.

I don’t know what chance I have at getting a response but… Can the ambient lighting be configured to change when you switch driving modes. Ie comfort (purple) to sport (red/orange) eco (blue/green? ?

MB made a mistake with the spec when they ordered these. Could of been so much better for a final edition car.. I don't like this spec at all and rather go for an edition 1

Hi, do you have experience with the seat heating not turning on either side during pre-entry climate control. I went to a service today, and I got a second hand message that I didn’t have seat heating activated. No idea what that means. As far as I can see it should be either both seats, or just the drivers seat. Most times neither of my seats are on.
