Can this general tutorial be used for all PSA 2.0L diesel engines of the DW10 series? Torque and operating steps?

Also change freewheel on generator. This engine has mailfunktion when this stop working and that belt brokes and goes into timing belt.

i carnt lock the camshat pully with a tool mine dosnt have the 4 little bolts just the centre nut , how else can i lock it when need to torx it up at the end ???

what is the purpose of that metal contraptionon on the crank pulley near the end?
Its there to hold the engine so it doesnt rotate when tightening the nut

I think it came off pretty clean

@@kristofferh2137 thanks can't find much aboit it. Mine has the upgraded not cracked bowl. Just if I should strip it down fully to reveal the mesh. Might just reassemble and give it a try 👍

How to bleed the cooling system. Because you replaced the water pump. Is there a nipple to bleed? Example at the top of the engine. Or self-vent. I heard that this engine only works with a vacuum device. Can you tell me exactly how you bled.
I think there is a nipple somewhere, cant really remember. If not i just rev the engine with cap off and fill. Then bring some cooland with me and fill up until coolant level stops lowering and it seems to bleed itself during some days
First of all, I forgot that you made a great video. There really isn't anything for venting. Self deflated. In the direction of travel right at the top of the radiator is a nipple that can be removed. That way you can vent something beforehand. Then self vent. Today I let the engine run for almost 30 minutes at the stand in the garage. Gas pedal often to 4000 rpm. But fan does not turn on. Temperature constant at 90 degrees Celsius. I'll be driving on the freeway tomorrow. Great video again.@@kristofferh2137

Intressant! Är det en kombination av ledlager och koniskt rullkullager? Var det ledlager i svängcylindrarnas kolvändar kanske? Och rullkullagret i midjan?
Tittade igen, det är ju ledlager rakt igenom eller? Åtminstone nedre lagret i midjan ser man ju att du byter, det är ju ledlager. Bytet av övre är inte med på filmen? Jag fattar inte var rullagret sitter på maskin
Nu fattar jag? Samtliga lederna har ledlager. Det är pendlingen i midjan som har koniska rullagren! Bra video förresten!👍
@@trashanken precis övre är dubbla rullager som går att spänna upp,och det brukar hålla, men nedre är ledlager och det brukar bli glappt.

Would have been useful showing how you reattached the back of burner, welded or soldered, as I’d assumed solder wouldn’t work as too lower melting point
