What is your speed painel?

that's wrong launch control. first you need turn on Dynamic mode, then move your selector from D to manual mode (move to left side while in D) and only then press brake with left foot, floor gas pedal (revs will be at ~3K as it is in your video) and then you should press "-" on steering wheel gearshift paddle. this last step will activate Launch control mode and you will see revs will go up to 5K and turbine bar should be almost full. after that just release brake and it will go much faster at start
