Band organs aren't fully chromatic to cut costs and this arrangement is no exception
@sammorex2543, are you the guy from Facebook with Artizan?
@@Wurlitzer146-A Yes
@sammorex2543 oh hey stranger I thought that was you here on you tube!
I think it is pretty good for the limitations of the 150 scale.
There are now known to be at least 17 or 18 C series organs including my own Artizan C-1 that has been out of circulation for 40 or so years until now! Big Nelly is my favorite of the Gay 90s instruments and by far the best sounding of the American made band organs.

I always loved the carousel. I suspect now that it was music and seeing the musical instruments such as the chimes and cymbals. As a little one I was only allowed to ride a stationary horse with the waist belt with dad standing next to me. No other animals for me, I only wanted a horse. Then riding by myself with no belt. And oh the day I graduated to a moving horse. When I listen to this music I am that little kid again. And also...there was the ring we could grab for. 🤗
I'm so captivated by band/fairground organs. I hope one day to own and maintain one myself :) What a wonderful story.
Never realised how much potential carousel music has for horror games

Wow. Thank you!
I have some of these same rolls with my Artizan C-1 band organ and am curious if you know of an Artizan roll 6092? What songs are on it? Thanks.
@@sammorex2543 I get the names of these 57-key and 61-key tunes from a PDF list that I downloaded off of a website that previously went unavailable. I know many of the tunes from hearing footage of 57-key and 61-key band organs and then matching the tunes by hearing 1920s and 1930s records and reading sheet music. Though there are lots of unknown tunes and possibly missing rolls on the list, I think Artizan 6092 is completely lost. There is an Artizan 6093 with nine unknown tunes that dated from 1927; from hearing footage of it by a 61-key band organ, here are all the tunes that I have found and what I think the correct tune order is: 1. Are You Happy 2. Kiss And Make Up 3. Where In The World 4. ??? 5. ??? 6. ??? 7. ??? 8. Dear, On A Night Like This 9. Diane 10. My Melancholy Baby Hope this helped.
@@sammorex2543 I don't know of Artizan 6092, but I do know of Artizan 6093. I find a lot of these tunes on a PDF list that names Artizan 57 and 61 key rolls and tunes, but some of the rolls and tunes are unknown. I match these tunes up with 1920s and 1930s records and sheet music, which is the exact time that the rolls date back to. I also listen to any video footage available of other Artizan 57 and 61 key playing band organs. I've heard short bits and pieces of Artizan 6093 play on the Frati organ owned by Knoebels Amusement Resort. According to the PDF list, only 1 tune on this roll is known. However, from listening to the roll, I have matched 8 out of 10 tunes so far which I believe are "Are You Happy," "Kiss And Make Up," "Where In The World," "For My Baby," "The Dance Of The Blue Danube," "Dear, On A Night Like This," "Diane," and "My Melancholy Baby." I also believe they are in this order too and the other 2 tunes might be somewhere in the middle of the roll. I'll let you know if I find the other 2 tunes.
