How do you troubleshoot an electric wheelchair with a model 2435B controller please

I have an electric wheelchair and in order for me to use the electric feauture, I have to lock it but 3 weeks ago it suddenly stopped moving even if it is in locked mode. When I do the last solution shown in this video, I don't hear a click when I move the joystick back, only when I move it forward for the first time. The second time I move the stick, I don't hear a click anymore

This video saved our lives. My dad was going crazy because it was in lock mode. Now he's a real speed racer
